Preparation
Open kitchen windows
Wash hands thoroughly, use my liquid soap, not house soap
Wash hands again
Clean silver faucet handle with soap
Clean silver faucet end with soap
Clean silver water filter handle with soap
Clean white lid of my water filter, so dust does not get into the water
Make water in my water filter, start with water from the house water filter, not from the tap water
Rice
Make this recipe first
Get the pressure cooker pot
Cut top of bag with scissors, do not use built in flap, to prevent plastic pieces
Add 2 cups Indian Basmati white rice
Add 2 cups filtered water
Pressure cook 3 minutes
Wait for pressure cooker natural pressure release to complete on its own, this will take about 20 minutes
Put rice into black ceramic pot
Lentil Soup
Get large glass baking dish
Add one bag of lentils
Add 1/4 cup of lentils from another bag
Find brown pieces and throw them away
Get pressure cooker pot
Add lentils to pressure cooker pot
Clean two bunches of celery
Cut celery into small pieces
While cutting celery watch if any pieces are brown in the middle and throw those away
Add 6 3/4 cups filtered water
Add one tablespoon sea salt
Pressure cook 14 minutes
Put soup in a steel pot
Split Pea Soup
Get large glass baking dish
Add split peas, 1.5 cups, do not use more because it will leak out of the pressure cooker and create a disaster
Find brown pieces and throw them away
Get pressure cooker
Add split peas to pressure cooker pot
Cut leeks into small sections, cut each section into four quarter pieces
Put leek pieces in a large pot of water
Clean leek pieces
Take leeks pieces from top and put into strainer
Add 5.5 cups filtered water
Add two teaspoons sea salt
Pressure cook 15 minutes
Put soup in a steel pot
Salmon
Get large steel pot
Rinse the inside of the pot to remove any dust
Put a few inches of water in the pot and turn on heat
Set temperature guage to 145 and put in thickest part of salmon
When temperature guage reaches 145, turn off heat
Remove grey stuff on bottom of salmon and throw away
Put salmon skin etc in plastic bag and tie closed to not smell up the house
Vacuum seal in glass jars
Shrimp
Fill large steel pot 2/3 full of water
Heat pot until boiling, this might take 15-20 minutes
Get 2 bags of shrimp
Cut each bag open
Put all bags of shrimp in the water at the same time
Set timer exactly 2 minutes
Use a spoon to move shrimp into glass jars
Vacuum seal in glass jars
Chicken
Get three whole chickens
Cut up into good pieces
Look for any parts that are red and throw those away
Vacuum seal in glass jars
Avocado drinks
Get one avocado
Use a spoon to get out the two halves of the avocado
Examine the avocado pieces for any dark parts and throw that away
Add lots of radichio or endive
Add 6 blackberries or 4 strawberries
Get one whole lime, use glass juicer to get juice
Put lime juice into the glass measuring cup
Fill measuring cup with filtered water to the one cup mark
Blend in blender
Vacuum seal in glass jars
Repeat this recipe seven times
